For Peppermint Jam's anniversary we proudly present our brand new act - the Peppermint Jam Club Ensemble. The core of the ensemble consists of Ulli Hammann (part of AUTODEEP)plus a vocalist, a DJ and a live keyboard player and fuses Live elements, live vocals and DJ performance. Ulli already has more than 10 years of experience in DJing, producing, event promotion and label work mostly from running one of Germany's most influential underground HipHop labels from 2000 – 2007. Live the band performs songs from the upcoming Peppermint Jam anniversary compilation “The Jam Files” (incl. brand new remixes of the label’s extensive catalogue from Christian Prommer, Butch, Reboot, Solomon, Santé, Motor City Soul and many more) as well as their own material.

Started by Mousse T. and his partner, Errol Rennalls in 1994, Peppermint Jam is Germany’s longest living House label. After the first self-produced releases, the label signed Ruffneck and „Everybody be Somebody“ became the first hit, followed by Boris Dlugosch’s“Keep Pushin” and “Hold Your Head Up High” (both featuring Inaya Day). These tracks were the foundation for one of the biggest milestones of the label: “Horny” by labelowner Mousse T. The song became a worldwide chart hit and Peppermint Jam Records became one of the most successful House labels. Until early 2000 Peppermint Jam Records delivered the goods with „Brothers and Sisters“ byMichi Lange, „Check It Out“ byBMR, „Batucada“ - Spiller, „Sing It Back“ -Moloko or„Cruisin“ byCan 7, all of which are classics and are still being played by DJs all over the world today.

Peppermint Jam is still going strong (with hits like SE:SA „Like This Like That“ which charted in the UK and was licensed all over the world) and recent strong and high quality Club records like Cunnie Williams – “Saturday” (2009 remix by Fedde Le Grand), Mousse T.’s very own “All Nite Long (D.I.S.C.O.) or Henrik Schwarz’s Remix of Omar’s “Feeling You“ which got massive feedback throughout.
