Sharon Phillips

Biography

Being already a star in her native Trinidad and Tobago, Sharon Phillips became first known throughout Europe in 2003
with the club hit "Touch Me"., followed by numerous remixes by famous producers like Tiefschwarz and many more.
This success in the clubs grew even bigger when the track "Want2/Need2" went to the top of the club charts worldwide thanks to
remixes by Trentemöller and Switch.

In early 2007 Sharon Phillips returned to Germany, following an invitation from Mousse T. to sing an incredible mix of
Raggamuffin-, Rap- and RnB-Vocals to the track „Like This Like That“ by SE:SA (aka Serhat Sakin / Syke’n’Sugarstarr).
This explosive mix helped the song to climb up to the Top 10 of the the UK Singles charts and saty there several weeks.

Sharon is also the female lead singer (alongside Emma Lanford) in Mousse T.'s ambitious Orchestral Project where she
also presented her own songs several times.

Besides being on tour Europe-wide with her own live show, Sharon is preparing her first solo album which will
be released through Peppermint Jam and which will contain a wide variety of styles.
